Mentoring

Academic:

  • Allow us to assist you by creating a plan to organize your work, accomplish more by prioritizing the tasks at hand, and ultimately excel at a higher level.

Athletic: 

  • Being able to discuss topics such as goal setting and determining strengths as well as areas of growth is one of the best ways to enhance your    performance.

What we will do

We will use our recent experience as student-athletes and young professionals to understand your needs and the areas that you would like to improve. Sessions will last 30-60 minutes with objectives and takeaways throughout each session to ensure productivity. Action steps will be determined to complete before the following session.
